Philly Olive Rolls

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add the yeast, salt and sugar to the flour, then add the olive oil. Stir well.
  2. Gradually pour the water on top of the flour mixture and knead continuously until the dough forms into a soft and firm ball.
  3. Cover the dough bowl with a plastic wrap and set aside in a warm place for half an hour until the dough doubles in size.
  4. Mix the olives with Philly cheese, and spread this mixture on the dough in a triangle shape.
  5. Roll the dough into a cylinder.
  6. Cut the dough into even rolls.
  7. Put each pie in a cupcake mold.
  8. Brush the surface of each roll with the beaten egg.
  9. Pre-heat the oven at medium temperature and put the rolls in for 20 minutes.
  10. Serve the Philly Olive Rolls hot.
