Philly Cream Cheese Potato Soufflé with Meat

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pre-heat the oven at 180°C
  2. Boil potatoes and garlic in salted water until tender for 12 minutes. Drain potatoes and transfer them into a bowl and then mash together.
  3. Combine Philly Cream Cheese and egg yolk. Add the Philly cream mixture into potatoes and mix them.
  4. Mix the milk and the nutmeg. Season to taste.
  5. While the potatoes are boiling, pre-heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add oil to hot pan, cook onions, pine seed and minced beef. Season with salt & pepper.
  6. Brush a baking dish with oil, cover the bottom with half of the potato mix.
  7. Evenly spread the meat mix on top and arrange the remaining potato mix over it.
  8. Sprinkle the bread crumbs & place butter cubes evenly.
  9. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, then move it to the highest rack for 5 minutes or until golden.
  10. Place and serve.
