Pasta Salad with Vegetables with Philly Cream Cheese

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Boil the pasta in hot water with a bit of olive oil and salt for 10 min or cook al dente, remove, strain and set aside.
  2. Boil the carrots for 4 min and strain (optional)
  3. Mix the Philly cream cheese with yogurt, lemon juice, mustard and the olive oil together and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Mix the sauce with pasta and the vegetables.
  5. Put it on a plate and garnish with chopped green onions.
  6. Serve.
