Beef Steak with Mushroom Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix all the ingredients of the steak marinade and marinate the beef well on both sides for an hour or more.
  2. Heat a frying pan over high heat and add oil and butter.
  3. Put the steak slices in the frying pan and cook them on both sides until their color changes and their size shrinks.
  4. Lower the temperature and keep cooking the steak on both sides until cooked.
  5. Remove the steak, while keeping the oil and butter in the frying pan, and fry the sliced onion in it.
  6. When the color of the onion changes, add flour until it mixes well with the butter, then add the chopped mushrooms and stir.
  7. Add water and stir the mixture until it becomes thick.
  8. Add the whipped cream, Philly cheese and a little amount of salt, and stir well.
  9. Put the steak in the serving plate and pour the mushroom sauce over it.
  10. Serve the steak with potato purée.
