Turkish Potatoes Filled with Philly and Beef Bacon

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Poke holes around the potatoes with the tip of a knife.
  2. Wrap the potatoes tightly in foil.
  3. Put the potatoes in the oven for 45 minutes.
  4. Cut-open the potatoes from the middle and add one spoon of butter, salt and black pepper. Mash everything together.
  5. Fry the beef bacon in small amount of oil.
  6. Put Philly on a plastic funnel.
  7. Add Philly and beef bacon cubes on top of the potatoes.
  8. Garnish the potatoes with green onion rings and serve them hot.
