Roasted Veggies Philly Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C
  2. Chop all the vegetables length wise except the zucchini, slice the zucchini in rounds and lay them on a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil, oregano, salt, pepper and fresh thyme
  3. Bake in the oven for 15 mins or until the veggies are slightly dark.
  4. Spread a good layer Philadelphia cream cheese and spoon the hot roasted vegetables, season to taste and serve immediately
