Philly with Vegetable Pancakes

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut the vegetables into even bite-sized pieces and microwave or steam for 5-8 minutes until tender.
  2. Heat the Philadelphia with the milk but do not boil, then combine with the cooked vegetables and black pepper.
  3. Warm the pancakes according to the instructions on pack, fill with the vegetable mixture and serve with salad.
