Philly Sambousek with Mint

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix Philly cheese with the dry mint.
  2. Place 2 teaspoons of the mixture into the sambousek dough layers.
  3. Wrap in the form of triangles.
  4. Mix the flour with water.
  5. Add a small amount of the flour mixture at the tip of each piece and close it.
  6. Heat the oil over a high temperature and fry the sambousek until golden.
  7. Take the sambousek out of the oil, place them on dry paper and serve them warm.
