INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place a pan on medium flame.
  2. Pour all the ingredients into the pan except the rose water, and stir well.
  3. Once the Mahalabeya texture becomes thicker, add rose water to the mix and continue stirring for a few minutes.
  4. After the Mahalabeya mixture cools down a bit, pour it in dessert glasses, and garnish with pistachios before serving.
