Philly Cream Cheese Bagel with Vegetables

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut the bagel into two and toast both sides in a hot frying pan (slice side-down)
  2. Chop the cucumber, black olives, green onions and mint leaves.
  3. Mix the cream cheese and then the vegetables, season with salt & pepper
  4. Spread the Philly cheesy mixture over the toasted bagel. Sprinkle the chives on top.
  5. Serve immediately.
