Philly Cheese Pancakes

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix all-purpose flour, baking powder, egg, milk and salt together in a mixing bowl till they are smooth.
  2. In a saute pan, on a medium heat, pour a ladle spoon worth of the batter in the pan, let it cook for 3 minutes then flip and cook until golden (almost 1 ½ minute on each side)
  3. Add the ½ cup of cream cheese and whisk well, until there’s no lumps.
  4. Add the vegetable, season to taste and mix it well.
  5. In a non-stick pan, use ½ tsp of butter and pour the batter (ideal diameter of 15 cm)
  6. Spread the Philly cream cheese on top of the pancake and sprinkle chives on it.
